Janay Peebles Trent Is A Passionate Woman Dominating The Finance And Music Industry At 24 Years Old. She Is The Proud Wife To Her Husband Of One Year, Thaddeus Trent.
In 2018, She Graduated From High Point University Where She Earned Her Degrees In Business Administration, Finance, And Biology. Immediately After Her Undergraduate Career, She Attended Depaul University, Receiving Her Masters Of Science In Accounting. During Her College Career, Janay Served As The Choir Director For High Point University’s Genesis Gospel Choir, Member Of
The All-Female A Capella Petal Points, Biology Club, Financial Accounting Student Teacher, Student
Government Association Representative, And Tutor.
Janay is the Chief Financial Officer at City of Praise Family Ministries and Center of Hope encouraging and teaching all with whom she works. In addition to her career, Janay dedicated her life to service, family, and faith as she became an ordained minister in training, youth and young adult worship leader, youth leader at the City of Praise Family Ministries, and a proud active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she serves on the connection and social action committee.
On January 1, 2020, she released her first single entitled, “Work It Out,” mentioning her experience of being bullied from a young age. Janay has two additional singles entitled, “I Speak” and “You Are” that can be found on all musical platforms. Her music is inspired by God and created for those who are on their journey to finding Christ. Her passion and selflessness will continue to allow her to save souls and bring them to Christ as he stands on Matthew 16:26, “What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give an exchange for their soul?”
