About Tonya Goins
Tonya Joyner Goins was born in New York City on June 2, 1963. At the age of 9 her mother decided to move back to her hometown of Greensboro, NC where Tonya has resided since that time. Tonya attended Bennett College and Guilford College where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. During her lifetime Tonya has also earned various certifications and accreditations related to the business arena and is now employed as a Supply Chain Analyst for a major international transport truck manufacturer.
Tonya is a devoted wife to her husband Rickey and has been wed for 39 years. Tonya is the proud mother of two wonderful adult children as well as a dedicated grandmother to 7 beautiful grandchildren who all affectionately call her “Nee-Nee”.
Tonya loves Jesus and has served in ministry for over 10 years in various leadership roles.
