About Cecilia Fiaka
Cecilia Fiaka is a Social Entrepreneur, Founder and Director of Nneka Youth Foundation, an NGO in Ghana. She holds an MBA in Project Management and BSc. Admin, Human Resource Management, both from University of Ghana Business School, Legon. She worked as a Banker in various banks and in various capacities in Ghana most part of her life.
Currently, she is working full time to change the world for the youth and women, especially in deprived communities. She is passionate and generally motivated to empower the youth, especially girls and young women in rural, less privileged areas to overcome social vices and unlock their potential for future development and of their community.
She offers life changing opportunities through the organization of Youth Development Summer Camps, Interactive Workshops, Social Orientation Seminars, Educational and Creative Resourcing, Potential Shaping Seminars and Development Clinics.
She keenly observed that children in rural areas were in many ways deprived of a bright future.
Cecilia Fiaka published her first book, ‘Tideless Sea’ in 2012 to raise seed money for her Foundation.
