About Sonia Dong

Sonia is a multi-passionate introvert, ex-perfectionist and mom of two girls. She recently co-authored her first book, Mamas Gotta Grow. She runs Henkaa, a socially-impactful Toronto clothing brand where body-positive, size-inclusive clothing that also promotes sustainability through re-wearability, thus journeying with women and girls through all seasons of life. Prior to joining Henkaa, she worked in the environmental non-profit field and held positions on several Boards of Directors for community organizations. She is currently a Donor Advisor to the Joanna Duong Chang Memorial Foundation.
